<p>1) Washing your hair daily will actually cause your scalp to products more oil, as your body will want to replace the oil that was removed.</p>
<p>2) The active ingredient in most shampoos are the same as those in dishwasher detergent and industrial degreasers &#8211; sodium lauryl sulfate.</p>
<p>3) Gels and hairsprays often contain alcohol, which dries hair.</p>
<p>4) Deep conditioners are suggested for those who enjoy washing their hair often and also use alcoholic hair products.</p>
<p>5) Natural oils are pretty good for moisturizing, including coconut oil, olive oil, and jojoba oil.</p>
